How we work
Clients work directly with the people responsible for the advice. Work is not passed through junior tiers or hidden behind account management. The structure is deliberately small so that judgement and accountability stay close to the client and the project.
The practice is led by Brian Kehoe, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Director whose background spans quantity surveying, project management and property development. This matters because issues can be considered from the developer's commercial perspective as well as from the technical construction perspective — not in isolation.
Kehoe Consult has no preferred contractor, supplier or solution. Recommendations are shaped by the client's objectives and the realities of the site, the market and the project.
Approximately 25 years' experience across property development, project management, quantity surveying, cost management and construction. The focus is on practical, commercially grounded advice rather than process for its own sake.
